Contract

Remote-based (Reading once they return to the office nearer Christmas.)

We're looking for someone who is comfortable sitting between tech and business and leading developers to develop digital/online product solutions. This role would suit any Development Managers / Technical Product Owners that have owned and delivered new solutions and led development for Web based applications.

Required Skills :

• Proven ability to own and deliver digital development solutions
• Able to act as point of contact for third party development teams
• Can deliver and transition projects into the operations function, setting new processes for in-life management
• Some hands on with coding languages like JavaScript could be beneficial - would not need to be an expert
• More into Dev Management roles and can demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Should have experience with the SDLC (software Delivery Lifecycle).

• To be able to work in a fast-paced, complex development environment where adaptability
• Ability to balance business priorities and dev approach
