My client is a leading Telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently looking for a Design Engineer on a contract basis to work out of their fantastic head office in Berkshire.

This is a good opportunity for someone who would like to work within a multi-cultural environment, to lead and training the design team and identify effective solutions that best fits the customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Wireless Telecoms Site Design experience essential
• Good understanding of Structural and Electrical design on Telecommunication Sites
• Ensure designs are compliant of all Health and Safety Legislations and risks are correctly documented
• Implement best practices and industry standards in designs
• Supervise a team of Telecoms AutoCAD Technician and Designers

Requirement

• At least 5 years of professional experience telecoms design and telecoms infrastructure projects or equivalent experience
• Thorough experience preparing Health and Safety documentation and assessing risks
• Experience in applying BIM in the design, realisation and hand-over phase
• Innovative mind set and manner with keen and insightful perceptions
• Working under CDM 2015 regulation to deliver design
