Delivery Manager (Telcoms, Acquisition, ECC)

12 Month Contract, Berkshire

The Company:

A leading mobile operator, who are based in a newly refurbished office in the heart of Reading. They are currently seeking an experienced Telecoms Delivery Manager with Acquisition experience and knowledge of the ECC to join their team on an contract basis. This is a long term contract opportunity which offers flexible working along with a market leading day rate.

The Role:

In this role, you will manage the delivery of new site acquisition and property processes, escalations and issues, as well as managing external suppliers and in house teams to drive the delivery of site acquisition and property activities within agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with suppliers, internal teams and Shareholders to ensure the project scope and requirements are clearly understood, implemented and adhered to
• Update acquisition process and access guidance documents and communicate to suppliers
• Assist in writing and communicating changes in supplier contract scope of works
• Manage 3rd party SLA performance and instigate any recovery plans
• Responsible for ensuring Opex costs are controlled/minimised
• Deal with project escalations, log, track and action

Experience Required:

• Experience in telecommunications infrastructure rollout
• Telecoms acquisition, technical or build skills, qualifications and knowledge
• Knowledge of Electronic Communications Code
• Ability to manage supplier performance and delivery
• Ability to write processes, procedures and contract scope of works
