Job Description

Project Manager -Customer Experience Transformation - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire

6 months initially (likely to run to December 2022)

Reading with some flexible working.

We are looking for a strong Project Manager who has excellent stakeholder management skills, can work with people at all levels of the business and who has experience with Customer Experience measurement technologies and process improvement. Ideally Telco or Retail background.

Working closely with customer experience team you will be:

Implementing a new customer experience measurement and management framework

Driving a customer experience improvement plan with the teams - multiple initiatives which need to be put in a project framework and driven (delivery engine)

Working on communications workstreams; how are they talking to people to build customer experience, how they are engaging with them.
