Commercial Finance Analyst

The Role:
You will be supporting the Commercial Finance Manager and working alongside other senior stakeholders across the business. You will be solely responsible for end to end management of all financial aspect of site running. This will include managing a large budget and management of outsourcing partners. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role, so if you like to be busy and the days to move fast, this could be the role for you!
What you can expect to be doing:
- Act as Finance Lead for Site Running and be the right hand for Commercial Finance Manager
- Produce and lead on 5 year plans and forecasts
- Month end
- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement/drive the processes to achieve them
- Be the first point of contact for any escalations from outsourcing partners
What we are looking for:
- Financial accounting knowledge and experience of managing relationships
- Newly Qualified Accountant
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Good Excel and financial modelling skills
