Build Manager - this is an urgent requirement for an experienced Mobile Telecoms Build Manager to join a forward thinking, rapidly growing, Mobile Telecoms company in central Reading. As Build Manager you will be responsible for delivering network upgrade projects to time, cost and quality.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, bonus and a generous pension scheme.

  • Work within small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver end to end site passive infrastructure (Design, Acquisition and Build)
  • Work with Senior Deployment Manager to define site level project scope, manage site build lists and build forecasts
  • Successful delivery of passive infrastructure to design and HSQA standards.
  • Maintain Network continuity in accordance with Operational safeguards
  • Management of logistics requirements working with internal and external logistics teams
  • Liaison with Shareholder teams to exploit synergies between passive and active equipment deployment
  • Raising POs and GRNs

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Site build management experience gained within Mobile Telecoms
  • Network project management experience
  • Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies
  • Confident Excel user
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Management of 3rd party supplier delivery
