Broadband Product Manager

To manage Business Broadband Products & Services for the company in Ireland and contribute to the overall Business planning process. Drive best in class product management practices and ensure all Broadband product & service initiatives are brought to market in a quick and efficient way, in order to meet the Business segment strategic & financial objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize Broadband (5G FWA, Fixed & MBB) for Business markets and related products within Ireland, with core focus on FWA growth in 2021
2. Product management of full Broadband portfolio, product enhancements, sales support, working closely with devices and 3rd parties on product developments.
3. Deliver on high priority projects and propositions working with key stakeholders in Ireland and selected external partners. Strong engagement with IT/process lead on related projects and small works and RPA activity to deliver proposition.
4. Bring propositions to life through robust go-to-market plans and communicated effectively to sales channels and customers. Work closely with Mar Comms to support proposition and GTM activities.
5. Develop segment strategic plans that drive sales and profitable relationships with each of our key verticals and segments.
6. Senior stakeholder management with senior management, project teams, PMO and external partners & vendors.
7. Provide timely and adequate management reporting to ensure that the core mobile scorecard is visible and performance is in line with the operating plan
8. Relentless customer focus from insight development to product launch.
9. Effective in life management continuously striving to optimise best in class standards for Broadband and drive change programmes to achieve these standards by working by working closely with CVM team.
10. Management of one product specialist.
    

Skills / Experience we are looking for:

1. 7 years relevant experience in a large organisation within a Product & Services environment.
2. Strong product management knowledge (Launch, go-to-market, In-life, and end of life) with proven ability to execute best practice.
3. People management experience
4. High Energy individual with a proven track record of operating in a dynamic, very demanding & customer centric environment.
5. Excellent understanding of Broadband and internet technology and trends.
6. Strong leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills.
7. Strategic Awareness, ability and influencing skills to input and where appropriate shape both the medium and longer term strategy of the business.
8. Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience and a commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can exploit revenue streams
9. Demonstrable experience of gathering design requirements and converting them into a product vision
10. Experience/track record of working on product innovation
11. Tenacity and creative thinking
12. Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
