People Team Administrator
Based in Glasgow
Until end of March 2021
Start Immediately
We are looking for an experiences HR administrator to join the busy People Team of our client based in Glasgow.
You will be supporting People Services with administrative tasks which will include New Starters, Internal Moves, Secondments, Wellness, Recognition. This work will be high volume and you will need to able to get t grips quickly with their system: Oracle.
- Previous administrative experience. HR admin experience would be desirable.
- Good IT Skills
- Proficient with Excel - V-Lookups, Pivots
- Organised approach
- Reporting
- Good communication skills - will need to be able use MS Teams effectively, and be proactive with engaging with stakeholders
