3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer

Set the Scene
We are looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to augment the existing Shared Service where you'll provide support for a secure Data Centre on a 24/7 shift pattern. The role will involve:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service fulfillment requests
You'll also be involved in Infrastructure Daily / Weekly / Monthly checks based on defined Work Instructions, Infrastructure patches delivery against the defined infrastructure, supporting/participating as required in all ITSCM, BCP and DR activities, creating and updating Work Instructions for Triage and Knowledge Sharing

- Futro Thin Clients (eLux Scout) and ServerView
