Job Description

Service Operations Manager.

Reading.

You will be acting as the escalation point for incident management and provide assurance and reporting to stakeholders. Reporting and monitor KPI`s providing valuable insight. predicting and prevent negative impacts on the network. Supporting CSI initiatives and engage effectively with shareholders and suppliers. You will ideally come from a telecoms, fixed line or MVNO background and have experience in Service/Operations/problem management. ITIL certified with some experience in Six Sigma and Agile. This role also offers flexible working.

  • Formal communications qualification.
  • Security check cleared.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Customer Centric service Operations role.
  • Good understanding of monitor and alert practices.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Confident leadership style.
  • Knowledgeable of mobile infrastructure.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good at prioritising.
  • Good Matrix management experience.
