Job Description
Service Operations Manager.
Reading.
You will be acting as the escalation point for incident management and provide assurance and reporting to stakeholders. Reporting and monitor KPI`s providing valuable insight. predicting and prevent negative impacts on the network. Supporting CSI initiatives and engage effectively with shareholders and suppliers. You will ideally come from a telecoms, fixed line or MVNO background and have experience in Service/Operations/problem management. ITIL certified with some experience in Six Sigma and Agile. This role also offers flexible working.
- Formal communications qualification.
- Security check cleared.
- Demonstrable experience in a Customer Centric service Operations role.
- Good understanding of monitor and alert practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Confident leadership style.
- Knowledgeable of mobile infrastructure.
- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Good at prioritising.
- Good Matrix management experience.
