We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Digital Analyst to join our growing Digital Analytics and Insights team with focus on shaping the strategic direction of the new team, embedding industry best practice to enable impactful digital analytics. The framework you deploy will be responsible for analysing how traffic to our website / Apps performs, assessing user behaviour patterns to identify improvement opportunities to inform and enhance our KPI's

You will own hands on technical delivery of core self-serve digital reporting, interpretation of trends and communication of results and insights.

As a subject matter expert, this role is responsible for the regular and accurate reporting of site activity, engaging with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries, as well as providing actionable insight on customer behaviour.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Digital Analytics and Insights Team to analyse the effect of changes to the customer journey throughout our digital business. Using the Adobe suite and analytic tools, you will drive change by providing analysis, recommendations and reporting about funnel and feature performance to drive trading and development changes to our digital channels.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in web/app analytics, preferably with Adobe Analytics.
  * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.
  * Technical coding skills in Python / R / SQL to develop analytical solutions/insights.
  * Experience in ecommerce in an Agile environment.
  * A/B testing experience an advantage.
  * Experience with Salesforce an advantage.
