Resourcing Specialist (with strong interviewing experience)

3 Month contract - Maidenhead

I am currently recruiting for an experienced In-House Resourcing Specialist / Recruiter with strong background in interviewing. This is a 3 month contract only based in Maidenhead.

The position as Resourcing Specialist will be working in-house and you will mainly be conducting behavioural based interviews for roles across all grades.

We are looking for an experienced in-house Resourcing Specialist with experience in volume based recruitment, resourcing and interviewing (across all grades).

Requirements:

  • Resourcing / recruitment experience
  • Confident interviewer with good organisational skills
  • Have a well-structured resourcing approach
  • Pro-active, driven and able to work to KPI's
  • Need to be good with senior stakeholders and have a flexible approach to working in a changing environment
