- Project Manager: Regulatory Compliance
- 6 month Contract: Immediate start or asap
- Dublin | Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship
The role is accountable for ensuring effective alignment between the Legal and Regulatory (L&R) function and Business Delivery.
You will need to be able to manage and influence senior stakeholders as well as engage and maintain collaborative relationships. This role leads the end to end delivery of a range of projects ensuring that they meet time, cost and quality requirements within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-priority projects aligned to the company's portfolio. Act as the Integrated Lead, collaborating closely with Technology and Business Readiness teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adoption.
Core Accountability's:
Drive project delivery from initiation to implementation, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Manage cross-functional teams, risks, and issues, maintaining clear documentation and communication.
Ensure business readiness and KPI realisation at launch.
Provide concise, solution-focused updates to senior leadership (PDB/SLT).
Chair and report at governance forums including Programme Delivery Board and SteerCo.
Transition projects into BAU, ensuring operational sustainability.
What You Bring:
Require a PM background in regulatory/compliance
- Have a technical aptitude and effectively be the co-ordinator across various work streams delivering the specific project and be capable of handling the routine project reporting, RAID logs etc.

Proven experience delivering complex projects (Agile/Waterfall).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence, motivate, and build strong relationships across all levels.
Comfortable with ambiguity, resilient under pressure, and results-driven.
