Job Description
Programme Manager required to drive business readiness delivery.
- Steerco management / governance + ELT status reporting
- Business Readiness
- Transition management
- Stakeholder management
- Attendance at meetings
- Develop and maintain integrated project plan
- Weekly update to senior management
- Escalation of critical issues
- Key business readiness activities driven to successful conclusion
- Key mitigation plan(s) in the event of any Programme delay
Deliverables:
- Develop integrated Programme plan
- Close out overall business requirements
- Drive delivery of Business Readiness activities
- Develop manual SIM swap option and comms approach for limited handset launch
- Manage and lead overall Programme team
