IT SUPPORT ANALYST - 1st & 2nd Line

Hi,

We have a great new contract position with a very customer focussed company based in Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for a variety of 1st/2nd line duties, supporting projects for their digital transformation, as well as BAU work.

Applicants must have great customer facing skills and a flexible attitude to a changeable workload.

Required:

• Experience with 1st/2nd line support.
• Microsoft Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office
• Active directory
