Job Description
SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT (.NET) - REMOTE - CONTRACT- IRELAND
Leading Managed Services Provider in the Public and Defence Sector requires a .Net Solutions Architect to join their project for one of our Ireland Based Clients. Looking for someone coming from Middleware background.Some one with Electric/Gas Utility domain preffered but not essential.
Contract: 6 months
Mostly remote working but can be asked to attend meetings in Dublin but rarely
Essential Technologies
- Good knowledge of Electricity/Gas Utilities Domain
- SSL, Java KeyStore's ,IIS / Azure cert configurations, generate CSR's, private keys, reverse engineer certs, produce PFX's from PEM's etc
- Linux knowledge, Admin skills, Samba, Vi/vim etc
- .NET Core, Coding, Debugging etc
- Oracle Fusion MiddleWare, Middleware/Peace/SFA integration
- Oracle Data Integrator and DataWarehousing
- Oracle database, Oracle DB and SQL understanding
- Apache/WebLogic
Non-essential Technologies
- Azure, IP Routing, DNS, Security, Diagnostic skills etc
- DevOps, Service Accounts, Branching, Deployments etc
- BizTalk
- Java Coding
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Customer Relationship, including good Communication, Critical thinking, Decision-making amongst other soft skills
- Act as a Technical POC for customer for existing systems, and future frameworks and roadmaps
- Being innovative in terms of bringing "new" methods/tools to the mix to help Fujitsu achieve its objectives
- Ensuring technical standards are adhered to and introducing standards where it makes senses i.e., to ensure client continues to deliver quality.
- Providing Domain guidance around "asks" from the customer, ultimately leading to new business
- Managing technical expectation note, not timelines, but deliverables from GDCi Teams
- Architecting solutions and validating other solutions via walkthroughs
- Liaising with other Vendors on projects and being very clear about demarcation points in terms of responsibilities
- Investigating/Diagnosing problems once they get past a certain point.
