Job Description

Project People are supporting a multi-academy trust based in Hertfordshire. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Vice Principal from September 2019 to join one of their secondary academies on a substantive basis. Salary range L19 - L23)

This is an exciting time to join a successful school which has recently moved into a brand new school building, which has provided a modern, professional learning and working environment for all.

The successful person will be working closely with the Principal, providing an excellent grounding for future Headship, you will be an outstanding practitioner, able to inspire, motivate and challenge students. You will also possess a strong strategic vision and direction, which will be integral to the Academy's further development and continued success. A proven track record with having a positive impact in students outcomes, alongside a positive, can do attitude with colleagues and students is key.
