Great opportunity to work as Vendor Specialist role for a high profile , well-loved brand within the telecoms sector that also offers flexible working from the Theale based office when everything gets back to normal. This role supports their Vendor Manager, and will support with managing performance of ADC Suppliers. We are looking for someone experienced with commercial contracts to support the Vendor Manager in owning the commercial and contract relationships with several major vendors. The role will be part of a small team consisting of the manager, plus this role, but they will interface into other areas of the business i.e. operations, delivery, legal etc.

What you can expect to be doing

• Ensure that services are delivered to contractual commitments whilst maintaining and building robust partner relationships.
• Conduct regular contract reviews with Vendors and performance manage to service levels.
• Drive continual improvement by analysing lessons learned for improved future contracts.
• Manage any change to in-life contracts
• Negotiate contract change controls as required.
• Ensure Client's obligations are also met

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Ideally telecom / ADC knowledge preferred (not essential)
• Understand how contracts work
• Experience of developing strong relationships with vendors and business stakeholders plus a track record of negotiating successful commercial outcomes
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
