User Researcher / Business Analyst

Location: Home working/Birmingham/Sheffield

My global IT outsourcing client is looking to grow thier team with the addition of a strong User Researcher / Business Analyst who has experience in GDS projects, Central Government and Data Analytics

Key skills:

• are familiar with what a user researcher is in the sense of GDS (Government Digital Standards)
• can create process maps, user journeys and lead workshops
• interview users
• ask leading questions and capture the output from the interview sessions
• evaluate the user research gathered and feed this into the user stories through clear acceptance criteria
• work in a pragmatic agile fashion
• Experience of Agile delivery, including the creation of User Stories and management of Product backlogs & Sprints
• BA experience
• Experience of assisting with Data Analytic

The successful candidate will need to be on site once a week in Birmingham and occasionally on customer site in Sheffield, however, you will be able to work from home the rest of the time.
