Transformation Project Manager

Project People currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Project Manager to join a leading Telecoms business at the forefront of technology.

Working within the Technology & Operations Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the project management of the activities for embedding change and transformation across Technology and Operations.

As the Transformation Project Manager you will;

• Identify, build, lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve the desired project outcomes
• Work with the Business owner to ensure project output is aligned to overall business outcome.
• Manage the full project life cycle from initiation through to closure.
• Ensure proactive and effective communication to cross functional team, business owners & key stakeholders.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities of the project team are defined and communicated to project team and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective management of cross functional/programme dependencies.
• Drive and manage decision making based on achievement of desired project outcomes.
• Manage Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) in a timely manner and manage stakeholder expectations for projects. Manage escalations as required.

The ideal Transformation Project Manager will have;

• Significant proven experience and demonstrable ability in delivering major business or technology projects
• Experience within a commercial or business change or transformation delivery environment
• Proficient experience in Project Management - Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Experience of delivering complex business and technical programmes in line with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Experienced in Business Transformation
