Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Dutch Speaking

Fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruiter to join a leading talent acquisition organisation specialising in RPO / MSP delivery in the Telecoms, Defence, Digital and Technology space.

Full training provided, you would be based out of our Bristol office, and would partner with the General Manager of our leading Dutch brand and oversee all the client's recruitment needs from conception to fulfilment. Take briefs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, CV libraries, CRM database, offshore team, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.

Qualify candidates according to job specifications, arrange interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork. Manage candidate experience through to onboarding.
