Based in Theale - open to some flexible working!

Contract role initially until the end of March 2020

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading UK mobile infrastructure services company during an exciting phase in their development.

The manager is looking for a bright individual from a Town Planning background, to work closely with and to assist monitoring and driving supplier performance within London to maximise planning success across the London Programme.

You'll be expected to be able to leverage on your Town Planning expertise so you can interface with key delivery partners, acquisition specialists, local planning authorities, and shareholders on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of ensuring planning approvals are granted.

If you have the following experience / background, we would like to hear from you

• Experienced with the Town Planning approvals process (street works, or rooftops etc.)
• An ability to answer technical questions from delivery planning partners
• Able to proof read planning applications
• Experienced in dealing with Local Planning Authorities (LPA's)
• Able to assess and respond to planning applications
• Able to interface with Delivery Partners, Acquisition Specialists, Design Authorities, LPA's, VF and TEF.
