The Leading UK Mobile Network Operator with ambitious growth plans is looking for a Test Support co-ordinator to join a team dedicated to delivering quality customer service in order to support a team of engineers in the validation of the systems that control our primary services and manage our subscriber data.
Role Responsibilities include:
Taking care of the quality of the end user experience by managing the individual working test environment set ups.
Acting as the point of contact for the business to provide the 1st level of support for any issues raised by internal and external customers against the test network environment.
Act as a network Guardian by effectively managing all change within the Test Network Environment.
Provide a Stable Service by proactively monitoring the Test Network Alarm Panels and engaging the relevant parties to effect a swift resolution to any alarms raised.
Help maintain a professional environment by providing 1st level maintenance to the Test Equipment you manage.
Participate actively in quality measurement process activities so we can constantly improve the service we provide.
A confident personal manner as this is a customer-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Process & procedure oriented.
Good analytical and practical problem solving skills.
Ability to be self-sufficient and highly motivated.
A sense of humour.
Nice to Have:
A basic understanding of Telecom networks.
Educated to (degree level in a Telecommunications or network discipline.)
