My client, based in Dublin, are one of the leading network, telecommunications and mobile technology companies in the UK. They are looking for a Test Analyst to join their UAT Team.

About The Role

Sitting as part of the Retail Team, this role is urgently needed to support the UAT Vision to "go-live" later this year as they prepare to move a new digital platform.

There are currently 2 on the team and they need to expand this to 5 due to the significant workload. These roles will report into the Test Lead, who will define the test cases - what they are testing and when.

In this role, you will undertake the actual testing itself - logging flows, screen capturing, entering defects into QC. Then you will provide the Manager with defect files at the end of each week to be taken to testing governance. In terms of what you'll be testing, it will ultimately be customer journeys through the website for both consumers and agents i.e. 3rd parties.

We are looking for individuals who have undertaken E2E testing and have experience of QC. Any exposure to Amdocs projects/rollouts would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned user acceptance testing, recording complete tests, blockers and defects.
• Liaising with developers to define defects and retest after fixes.
• Familiarity with test methodology is necessary as well as a proven track record in fully completing test waves successfully.
• Previous experience in managing test within QC as well as familiarity with retail service journey driven sales interfaces.

Summary of expected deliverables:

• Complete full user acceptance testing as well as output findings and completion updates at minimum weekly intervals.
• Log defects via QC along with full test step data.
• Complete all required retests and post fix testing.
• Support all test requirements to meet all criteria for successful BUAT exit.
