Telecoms Site Acquisition Specialist - Buckinghamshire - Contract

Acquire rights deploy telecommunication equipment (RAN, TX and wayleaves), using prescribed procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend the process requirements for acquiring equipment rights
• Take ownership of delivering various elements within the process for;

o Site Provider Approval

o Town & Country Planning Approval

o Reviewing design proposals

o Reviewing structural sign-off

• Complete the necessary documents to comply with the process
• Maintain company records recording progress of delivery
• Work closely with management to ensure delivery within specified timescales
• Interact with external and internal stakeholders.

Professional:

• Be familiar with telecom equipment property roll-out requirements (with direct knowledge of wayleaves and preferably experience of acquiring them)
• Telecoms site acquisition experience
• Ideally RICS qualified

• Proactive self-starter willing to step beyond their comfort zone and learn new technologies, incorporating those into customer designs
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations
• Ability to meet timescales and manage expectations accordingly
