Job Summary:

Works in Service Department and is responsible for performing service duties and cooperate with other team members / other departments to ensure that authorised service centres management is completed in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for local authorised service centres management, regular meeting support, KPI reviews, to ensure the required service is delivered by authorised service centres in line with authorised service agreement and customer contracts.
  • Service partner management and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • In-life product management including Service New Product Introduction projects, after sales support, particularly for technical support and necessary system training and preparation(s).
  • Technical issue investigation, analysis and resolution tracking.
  • Customer relationship management (relevant customer and authorised service centres interface).

Professional Knowledge & Experience:

  • More than 2 years' experience in technical support area or services area for consumer mobile device or IT products.
  • Understanding of after sales support.
  • Experience in handling technical support
  • Good experience in service project management, cost analysis, customer training
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in engineering, IT or Telecommunications
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel spread sheet and preparation of power point slides.
