Technical Change Manager (Mobile Network)

Technical Change Manager - you will be responsible for the end to end change management process for the RAN network (Mobile telecoms network), for this we require someone with demonstrable change management experience within the telecoms sector and ideally with RAN knowledge.

This is a contract position running until the end of the year, you will be working on-site at a leading Mobile Telecoms company based in central Reading. Unfortunately there is no parking, however they are situated close to public car parks and the train station.

As Change Manager you will be responsible for managing the change delivery by 3rd parties/partners, ensuring that change management activities are controlled, monitored, and implemented with minimal disruption to the business. You will also take responsibility for improving processes and governance, ensuring best practices for change are consistently applied by all parties.

Skills & Experience required for this position:

• ITIL certified Change Manager
• Demonstrable experience within the telecoms sector and ideally with RAN knowledge
• Ability to work with and influence various levels of management
• Experience managing 3rd parties / partners to deliver the change requests
