Technical Business Analyst

Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Theale (Hybrid)

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with the project team. PM's, QA, IT Ops business stakeholders, SMEs and other Business Analysts to understand what challenges the business are trying to resolve, enabling you to produce requirements, solutions and designs that add real business value and meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce design documentation to define scope and user experience and acting as the key contact to ensure that the requirements and solution meets the business needs for the relevant project.
• Produce As-Is and To-Be diagrams for projects, High Level Design specification that is the input for the internal or external development teams, supplier and operations teams
• Review third party documentation to ensure it matches the requirements of the project and its stakeholders.
• Ensure that full end to end solutions are risk assessed, scored and validated for quality, fit for purpose and alignment with Client's IT strategy.
• Present requirements and solutions to technical governance forums and business stakeholders.

Person Specification

• Demonstrable experience acting as the interface between business and technical teams.
• Proven track record of delivering requirements and solutions across multiple supplier platforms.
• Experience of systems integration project work
• Experience presenting solutions to technical governance forums and business stakeholders.
• Computer Science or Business Analysis background.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams
• Experience of working with both Agile & traditional Waterfall delivery techniques and realising cloud hosted services.
