Technical Platform Engineer - Azure
Permanent Role
Based in either Oxfordshire or West London
Exciting opportunity to join a leading luxury brand investing in their IT department, as they seek to recruit a Tech Platform Engineer on a permanent basis. Reporting int the Head of Tech Platforms, in this role you will:
- maintain and support the technologies and services in the Tech Platforms area of responsibility
- support the Head of Tech Platforms to ensure there is continuous improvement to the service catalogue, future designs and service operability
- be part of a team to provide day to day support for the on-premise and hosted technologies and services in the Tech Platforms area of responsibility
The role will suit someone with proven experience of providing level 2 and 3 support to end users across an enterprise environment, around the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- Avaya Communication Manager
- Azure Cloud Services
- Citrix
- Exchange Online administration
- Hardware management including: servers, SAN's, networking infrastructure & end user devices
- Microsoft 365 with compliance & security modules
- PowerShell Scripting
- Windows Server, including VDI deployment
- VMware
