Tech Platform Engineer - Azure, Microsoft 365

West London or Oxfordshire

Exciting opportunity for Tech Platform Engineer to work for luxury brand company undergoing a major business transformation, underpinned by significant investment in technology.

Supporting the Head of Tech Platforms you will ensure there is continuous improvement to the service catalogue, future designs and service operability. You will maintain and support the technologies and services in the Tech Platforms area of responsibility.

You will have ITIL Practitioner Certification (or equivalent experience) and experience of providing level 2 and 3 support to end users across an enterprise environment.

Hands-on administration of the following technologies and services is required :

• Active Directory
• Avaya Communication Manager
• Azure Cloud Services
• Citrix
• Exchange Online administration
• Hardware management including: servers, SAN's, networking infrastructure & end user devices
• Microsoft 365 with compliance & security modules
• PowerShell Scripting
• Windows Server, including VDI deployment
• VMware
