Job Description
Grad Talent Assessor/Interviewer
Location - Can be performed remotely
Throughout April - Will be performing up to 5 or 6 interviews per day
Rate - £30 per interview - The entire process is circa 1 hour.
You will be supporting out client's grad programme across UK&I.
We are looking for Interviewers who have previously supported with volume interviewing, and would work well in an fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key requirements
- A proven Assessment/Interviewing background, either agency/consultancy or in-house
- Solid understanding of performing interviews face to face, and scoring metrics
- Ideally will have supported large scale assessment drives previously
- Be a proven team player
- Have an ability to forge solid relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
