We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our busy Team.

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver end to end recruitment for the given business area, delivering high quality candidates from diverse backgrounds which share our values
• Understand the market, maintaining and growing external networks
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure resourcing policies and procedures are being adhered to and attraction tool kit capitalised
• Act as a positive ambassador of our brand with the ability to articulate the business purpose, vision and values
• Continually looking for ways to improve our ways of working and processes
• SME responsible for utilising the market to attract, engage and assess a diverse pipeline
• Utilise data and insights to provide Stakeholder updates
• Focused on key initiatives such as EVP, diversity, and candidate experience
• Act as Resourcing SME for ad hoc projects (e.g. Graduates, Device Financing, J2C)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience & evidence of:

• Managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery
• Proactively headhunting passive candidates from different talent pools i.e LinkedIn, Job boards, social media etc
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach
• Success in using direct recruitment methods.
• Sourcing through recruitment platforms
