Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialists needed to work on key client requirements from conception to fulfilment. Understand stakeholders needs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, cv libraries, database, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.
Qualify candidates according to job specification, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork.
