Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager - Permanent - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire

Role:

Responsible for talent acquisition including the resourcing strategy, sourcing channels, candidate journey and selection methods

Accountable for all permanent and contract recruitment ensuring that the required high standard is met without exception

Directly managing senior recruitment -Head of and above

Management of assessment process for employees for promotions, development and secondment opportunities

Managing the standards and service of the on-site RPO

Drives continuous improvement in the recruitment processes, systems and monthly MI reporting

Accountable for the resourcing plan & strategic workforce planning

Ensuring the right mix of perm v contractor base

Accountable for setting diversity targets in recruitment and putting in place interventions to meet them

Accountable, alongside HR Manager, for developing a market attractive EVP

Essential skills/experience:

In-depth recruitment experience - in house - ideally mobile telecoms/technology industry background

In-depth RPO experience - governance and support

Experience of creating / managing headcount and resourcing plans

Experience in strategic workforce planning

Hands-on Senior Hire recruitment - assessment, interviewing and selection

Developing EVP/employer brand, social presence, diversity & inclusion

Nice to have:

Level A&B qualified

Experience in setting up formal schemes - i.e. apprenticeship
