Deskside Engineer - 2nd Line Support - Windows - Galway

A global IT Services and Technology provider is now keen to recruit full time Deskside Agents for a number of their high profile customers based in central Dublin. They are looking for professionals with 2nd line support, strong customer facing skills and who are flexible to work to shift patterns that would sit between the hours of 7am and 7pm. This is a contract role for initial 6 month period but likely to extend on a rolling basis.

Key Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong 2nd line support experience with experience of supporting ideally Windows 10, Citrix, Managed Mobile, Acitive Directory, Exchange.
  • Excellent customer /user facing experience and skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Displays a positive / can do attitude to customers and colleagues alike.
