To lead the strategic relationships with our two anchor customers. This role will lead and orchestrate the multiple relationship interfaces between business and its two anchor customers ensuring all relationships are managed in strategic unison. All touch points will appreciate organisation objectives from the relationship and work towards achieving them, directed and led by this individual.

Through stakeholder management this individual will create a deep understanding of each of the anchor customers' requirements, strategic direction and contractual status. Will be accountable for building an optimization plan that will include business growth opportunities and risk mitigations with an overriding objective to create a win win outcome that further entangles the relationship between business and its anchor tenants and drives sustained and accelerating business growth.

Alongside managing the relationship with the anchor tenants this individual will also support the CCO in other more adhoc business development activities that will drive incremental growth.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in leading complex / multi level / high contributing relationships with large and sophisticated customers
  • Demonstrate understanding of large complex contracts
  • Experience of leading commercial negotiations and able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of standard legal and financial mechanisms with commercial contracts.
  • Experienced in defining strategies that deliver growth. Prove track record in delivering significant growth
  • Experience in solution/consultative sales through customer relationships
  • Have highly developed solution selling, customer relations and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively consult and influence chief executives.
  • Ability to manage multi-faceted issues, complete in-depth analysis and where there maybe significant levels of risk and ambiguity
  • Desired experience in mobile network and or TowerCo environment.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skill set and strong excel modelling capability
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills is essential - verbal and written
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of multitasking with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to develop, execute, lead, and maintain complex projects, programs, and assignments.
