Job Description

Role: Strategic Account Relationship Manager

Employment: Permanent

Location: Remote Working however requirement to commute to Theale on a weekly/bi-weekly basis

Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking a consultative and collaborative Strategic Account Relationship Manager to join our team. Within this newly created role, you will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and be accountable for leading and orchestrating the multiple relationship interfaces between the business and our two anchor customers, ensuring all relationships are managed in strategic unison.

As the Strategic Account Relationship Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of each of our customers' requirements, strategic direction and contractual status. In turn, you will build an optimization plan that will include business growth opportunities and risk mitigations with an overriding objective to create a successful outcome that further entangles the relationship between the business and its anchor tenants, whilst driving sustained and accelerating business growth.

The successful Strategic Account Relationship Manager will have:

  • Experience in mobile network and/or TowerCo environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in leading complex / multi level / high contributing relationships with large and sophisticated customers
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of large complex contracts
  • Experience in leading commercial negotiations and able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of standard legal and financial mechanisms with commercial contracts
  • Experienced in defining strategies that deliver growth with a proven track record
  • Experience in solution/consultative sales through customer relationships
  • Have highly developed solution selling, customer relations and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively consult and influence chief executives.
