SC Cleared Lead Service Architect. Initial Contract until end of the year. Bracknell based.

SC Cleared Lead Service Architect is required to define an organisational design at a high level to articulate future ways of working for the client. You will be required to understand service end to end and be competent in ITIL disciplines and processes; from strategy throught to Continual Service Improvement.

You would need to be able to define the following to produce an acceptable organisation design:

• Service organisation business vision
• Service organisation strategy
• Service organisation design principles
• Service organisation level one processes
• Service organisation KPIs/OLAs
• Support service roles and responsibilities

All these bulleted points would be required to provide a service organisation design at a high level.

SC Clearance is required for this role, due to the nature of the project and time constraints it would already need to be in place.
