ORACLE HCM AND TALEO CONSULTANT - CONTRACT - REMOTE

We are looking for an Oracle HCM with Taleo Recruitment solution Consultant to join our team to deliver successful and innovative Oracle HCM solutions. The Oracle HCM team is part of the Oracle Business within the Enterprise Applications branch of Client's Digital Technology Solutions division.

Duration: 6 months contract

Remote working

• This is a senior role that will require the individual to be able to own new and current delivery of change stream within our established Taleo customer base as part of the HCM Oracle Build team.
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to develop HCM and Taleo Solutions in both sales and implementation environments, be able to address and resolve incidents on our current implementations.
• Will have experience of three or more Taleo full project lifecycle experience and experience of leading a small delivery team.
• Engagement management skills and commercial awareness desirable experience of the presales process for Cloud HCM, Taleo Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• The ability to define, scope, plan and estimate Taleo Solutions.
• Demonstrable track record of business consulting and project delivery across multiple projects and industries (5 years minimum).
• Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to Taleo.
• Sound and extensive experience of integrating Taleo with other ERP solutions both in a cloud and on premises platform.
• Developing strong relationships with colleagues, Oracle and other partners
• Quality and Design Assurance
• Excellent communications skills.

Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Taleo Recruit, Transitions, Perform and Succession, Learn plus TCC integration client

• Functional knowledge and delivery implementation experience of other Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and processes
• Functional knowledge of other eBusiness Suite modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, CRM, Payroll)
• Experience and Knowledge of Fusion HCM
• Demonstrate an understanding of the HCM Data Scheme
• Use of SQL tools
