SENIOR ON-SITE TECHNICIAN - CONTRACT - ONSITE - SOUTHHAMPTON

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence Sector requires a Sr. Onsite Technician for a Global Client.

Looking for a Workplace Services Technical Engineer to support over 1300 users in our campus site in Southampton. The role will involve dealing with fault calls, service requests and planned changes, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the customer's TechDeck. PC/Laptop builds, WIN10 OS configuration, O365, AD administration and some hardware repair. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
The role itself encompasses managing main customer sites in Southampton. Some project work may be required and some flexibility to attend local sites in London and East Horsley area.

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Southampton - 5 days a week - Some project work may be required and some flexibility to work offsite and out of hours.
