Senior SQL Developer

Full time Contract (40 hours per week)

Location- Remote

I am currently undertaking a Search for a Senior SQL Developer for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.

Outline of the Role:

This role requires a proactive and driven individual with in-depth knowledge of SQL server who can work independently to review current processes and make recommendations to the technical manager to improve and optimise Processing and ensure efficient execution of packages.

Key Account abilities:

• • Support operations team with identifying poorly performing process.
  • Experience working on MS SQl server version 2016 and above.
  • Guide and train on query tuning looking at underlying data structures and indexing etc.
  • Support the technical manager by contributing to process design and best practice.
  • Support technical documentation of overall platform for wider business support.
  • Contributing to the design of database solutions.
  • Building and maintaining optimised and highly available database platforms.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for automating relevant processes.
  • Troubleshooting data issues, providing consultancy in data growth and ongoing maintenance.
