Solution Designer - Permanent Role

The reputed company in Infrastructure Service domain is looking for experienced Solution designer/Solution Architect for their Theales office

This role will report into the Head of Architecture working on projects across architecture where there are various Partners and Cloud Providers. This person will be building and integrating information systems between partners, ensuring the architecture designs that will meet business needs, as well as creating functional specifications and assessing the current software systems.

In this role you will be evaluating solutions, producing design docs, understanding design integrations where needed. The manager wants to start documenting architecture as experience of enterprise architecture tools would be welcome. The role will represent an opportunity for someone to help develop the companies Architecture department as well, so it will present a real challenge and opportunity to have an impact.

• Proven experience in engineering and software solution design.
• In-depth understanding of integration techniques (FTP, SOAP, Rest API's) & modern middleware technologies (Azure Integration Services), as well as coding languages (Java, JavaScript, .Net).
• Excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing senior stakeholders and matrix teams.
• Ability to manage and maintain enterprise architecture tools
