Job Description
I have an opportunity for a Software Licence Desk Analyst for an IT company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis. This is a great chance for someone who is currently studying for Microsoft SAM MCP, or who has recently qualified with previous exposure to software and hardware infrastructure and technology to develop further and enhance their career in this area.
As the Software licence Desk Analyst you will be expected to proactively support clients within the IT Software management Team top optimise and manage their assets e.g., software and hardware. through monthly workshops, scheduled reviews and proactive activities you will work closely with clients to ensure they obtain the maximum value from their investment.
We are looking for;
- Previous experience to software and hardware infrastructure and terminology.
- Experience of software vendors licensing models
- You will be expected to have, or be working towards the Microsoft SAM MCP Qualification.
