What are we looking for you in you?

  • A passion for and experience in at least one modern high level programming language (Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Scala, Ruby, C++ etc)
  • Degree level qualification in Computer Science or related field
  • Demonstrable history of mentoring or coaching and developing colleagues would be nice to have. They are a people 1st

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Peer review and offer constructive feedback on others' code
  • Creating great quality code can and will scale
  • Supporting in the design and development of software
  • Monitoring and reviewing the quality of product documentation ensuring all is complete accurate and understandable in the moment collaboration coaching and development.
  • There will troubleshooting and problem solving (National Hackathons)
  • You will be encouraging continuous improvement of delivery and development processes

You will have the opportunity to engage with industry forums, interest groups or blogging and other broader industry forums to keep up to date with current industry developments and challenges.
