The Job: Software Developer

Location: Hybrid role home based with 2 days in the Newcastle office

Salary: Very competitive basic + benefits + training

We are currently looking for a proven Software Developer in either web products, backend services or mobile applications for a leading global multiplatform communications company a brand that has been with us for a 100 years.

Below are the tools, languages and methodologies of our client that they currently use to create and build there leading web and mobile products:

• JavaScript,
• js and NPM
• ReactJS or AngularJS
• Mobile platforms (iOS - Swift, Android - Java)
• Continuous integration/deployment
• Database design and use in software applications
• Agile development
• Test Driven Development and testing practices
• Quality practices (incl. code reviews and pair programming)
• Agile environment (UX, Product, Delivery)

You will be playing a pivotal role working closely with stakeholders in the context of software development web products, backend services or mobile applications delivering new products, product improvements and enhancing their technologies
