Site Acquisition Surveyor. (Mobile Telecoms)

Site Acquisition Surveyor (Wayleaves). Contract role- 1 year. Marlow.

Site Acquisition Surveyor required to work on a long term contract for a mobile telecommunications company, based in Marlow (or Silverstone, or can be more flexible if further afield).

You will be an experience Site Acquisition Surveyor with direct knowledge of wayleaves and preferably experience of acquiring them.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of integrity in the delivery of site acquisition services into the Mobile sector markets. Supporting the business process from instruction through to "Ready for Service" within the requirements of the installation programme/project plan.

• Comprehend the process requirements for acquiring equipment rights
• Take ownership of delivering various elements within the process
  • Site Provider Approval
  • Town & Country Planning Approval
  • Reviewing design proposals
  • Reviewing structural sign-off
• Complete the necessary documents to comply with the process
• Maintain company records recording progress of delivery
• Work closely with management to ensure delivery within specified timescales
• Interact with external and internal stakeholders.
