You will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the Now Platform from ServiceNow as well as experience delivering Now Platform implementations. Providing assistance to the sales and pre-sales team to provide practical demonstrations of ServiceNow that are customised for the customer requirements.

• Experience in Modelling Business Concepts to the Now Platform capabilities to maximise out of the box features to demonstrate how customer outcomes can be delivered.
• Experience in developing business rules, UI actions, form sections, notification events, client scripts (JavaScript) including AngularJS (Web application framework) on the Now platform.
• Extensive experience in enterprise application software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and support
• An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Experience in designing solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging all the capability of ServiceNow
• Understanding of the Now Platform offerings and roadmap.
• Experience in supporting / developing Now Platform solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
• Hands on experience with Customer Service Management, Playbooks, App Engine, Workflows, Performance Analytics and Automation Engine with RPA.
• Setting up and managing Now Platforms for Rapid Application Development
• Experience of full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as developer / deployment of solutions.
• Programming expertise in JavaScript and App Engine
• Integration experience

• Demonstrated understanding of Design Thinking practices
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile development practices
• Providing business consultancy to our clients' teams through needs collection workshops;
• Recommending solutions adapted to the functional needs and the technical environment of the clients;
• Creating documented requirements, broken into user stories for Agile development
• Ensuring that client work is performed professionally with deliverables produced on time.
• Taking part in drafting the project documentation, and configuring or testing the solution.
• Discusses and resolves basic business and technology issues with clients.
• Thinking through tasks allocated to decide on most appropriate approach to the work.
• Helping our Sales team to develop the business, using your expertise
• Preparing presentations and proposals for the customers, and reviewing all the documentation dedicated to customers and internal teams;
• Expected to offer suggestions to others within the team in support of assignment objectives.
• Identifies follow-on work to the assignment team
• Maintains relationships both internally and externally with peers and colleaguesUsing the Now Platform for managing Requirements through to Delivery (Kanban)
