Key skills overall are:
- ServiceNow technical configuration experience
- ServiceNow accreditations
- CMDB/ Data
- Asset Management
- Integrations with various feeds for CMDB population
Desirable skills include:
- Software Asset specific knowledge
- ITOM Discovery and Event (would move this to a key skill for the resource that works on the first initiative)
