ServiceNow Business Analyst

Our reputed IT Client is looking for a Business Analyst for helping deliver their large ServiceNow project in Ireland.

Role and responsibilities:

• The role would be well suited for someone with Business Analysis skills in ServiceNow projects in Ireland.
• Understanding of some modules in ServiceNow and carry out BA duties within the project.
• Stakeholder engagement and good communication skills.
• Ideally experience in ServiceNow CSM module.
• If based in the UK able to travel to Ireland occassionally for customer meetings.
• The role is a 6 month rolling contract with a long term horizon of 2 years.
• If you are based in the UK you would be operating Inside IR35.
