ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for a rolling 3-month, home based contract.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to identify, design and deliver larger or more complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform. Our client is a world-leader in Enterprise Service Management. As a ServiceNow Elite Partner, they combine years of experience and know-how with the power of ServiceNow, to deliver ESM processes.

To be suitable for this role, you will have previous experience working in a ServiceNow Architect role along with:

- Experience providing integration facilities and provisions logistics on ServiceNow implementation projects.

- Ability to suggest and implement proposals for process improvements within projects.

- Using new technologies / methods actively to develop competitive services on customer projects.

- Have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with agreed timelines, budget, costs, quality and development standards.

- Provide technical documentation on modules / products.

- Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge and maintains an up-to-date skills profile in ServiceNow and Java Scripting, .NET and Jelly code.

- Have the ability to drive business requirements working with customer stakeholders including C-level / director level / users.

- Be a Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Application Developer.
